Sambodharanyam is an initiative of Sambodh foundation Kerala, Kollam centre. Sambodh Foundation Kerala is a Non-Profitable, Charitable and Spiritual organization.

The organization was founded, inspired by the dynamic vision of H.H. Swami Bodhanandaji Maharaj, for the sustainable development of the society placing equal importance for ancient dharmic values and modern ideologies of fundamental liberties of individuals. It upholds the ideals like the reverence to the blessings of mother nature, compassionate social responsibility , respect for the multifarious systems of faith, etc.

The organisation is a Trust. The Chairman of the Trust is H. H. Swami Bodhananda Saraswati and the Managing Trustee is Swami Adhyatmananda Saraswati. The Registered office of the Trust is at BodhanandaKendram, Kalady, Thiruvananthapuram. The foundation also has centres at Kollam, Ambalapuzha, Kottayam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Perinthalmanna, Thiruvali, Calicut, Kadalundi, Wayanad and Kannur.
